Return Policy

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
• We offer a full refund for eligible returns, or you may exchange the product for an alternative item.
• The return will only be processed after receiving email to our official email id i.e. kullukarishma@gmail.com
• We do not offer exchanges
• On return of product the courier fees or custom duty shall be borne by the client itself.
• The bill for the purchase shall be presented by the client on return of Product.
• Refund will take 7 – 14 days of receiving the product after examining.
